ABOUT PROGRAM
The Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification® (SCAQ) Programme is the official path to achieving the prestigious Chartered Accountant of Singapore (CA Singapore) designation which is a mark of professional excellence in accounting. The SCAQ programme is administered by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), ensuring that candidates meet the high standards required of the profession.
The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants was established in Singapore in 1963. ISCA supports its members with essential resources, development opportunities, and guidance to uphold the highest standards in the accounting profession.
Noesis is the first Registered Learning Organisation outside Singapore appointed to deliver the Integrative Business Solutions (IB) Module Preparatory Course under the Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification® (SCAQ) Programme. Through the Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) between ISCA and CPA Australia, as well as the ACCA-CA (Singapore) Pathway, eligible members can now attain the CA (Singapore) designation by completing a single module of Integrative Business Solutions (IB)
ENTRY REQUIREMENT
To be eligible for the SCAQ Integrative Business (IB) Module, candidates must meet one of the following criteria
- Candidates must be a full member of CPA Australia, or
- Be a full member of ACCA with less than 10 years of membership, or
- Have completed the following with ACCA:
- Ethics and Professionalism modules
- 4 technical modules
- At least 2 years of relevant practical experience by the time they sit for the
IB module examination.
All candidates are required to meet this requirement by submitting the REPC via the Candidate Portal during IB enrolling
PRACTICAL WORK EXPERIENCE (PWE)
Practical Experience is a key component of the Professional Programme and candidates must meet the following criterias:
(Minimum 3 full years)
(In an Accredited Training Organisation recognised by ISCA)
